Gabriele is a vastly experienced production and manufacturing expert that has worked with Vivian for over 20 years.

At Whyte & Mackay he was responsible for the new equipment installed in the new Grangemouth factory which included a new concept of tank farms for spirits. At Del Monte he was Technical Director, Italy and special project manager for the Del Monte group which led to him managing projects in South Africa, Kenya, UK and Greece. Prior to Del Monte Gabriele held Technical Director / Manager posts at Nabsico, Simonazzi and Parmalat dairy.
