Ollie has known Vivian Imerman for 20 years. Ollie has over 30 years experience in the mining industry and until 2007 was at De Beers, holding various senior positions including Executive Director, Corporate Finance, Head of Strategy and Business Development.

He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Management Accountant, and in his career with management consultants Anglo American Corporate Finance, and De Beers has led and managed corporate finance assignments totaling in excess of US $28 billion.

He has extensive experience in M&A, new company flotation’s, restructurings, strategic analyses and implementations, venture capital, debt funding through the commercial and debt capital markets and project financing.
